Perth and Kinross Council commissioned GC Insight to develop an Investment Prospectus for Perth and Kinross to promote opportunities at major investment conferences including UKREiiF.

Our Role:​

Through the project, we developed an investment prospectus that brings together narrative on the reasons to invest in Perth and Kinross, along with specific current investment opportunities. Our work included:

• Research and analysis of existing investment plans and sector strengths
• Stakeholder engagement including investment leads, key developers and intermediaries to identify cross cutting opportunities and specific projects to be showcased
• Narrative development, firstly drafting and testing the narrative developed with key stakeholders, before presenting the draft and final prospectus

Outcome:

An Investment Prospectus was prepared to promote the region and secure investment at key sites. The Investment Prospectus was launched at UKREiiF in 2025 and has been published on the Invest in Perth website.
