GC Insight is delighted to announce that its Growth and Performance Platform has been selected to support the delivery of Go Succeed, Northern Ireland’s flagship business support programme helping entrepreneurs and SMEs to start, grow and scale.

The collaboration marks a major step forward in creating a more consistent, data-driven approach to business support across the region.

Meeting the challenge of consistency and impact

Go Succeed brings together six delivery partners and eleven local authorities, working collectively to deliver a joined-up support offer to thousands of businesses. Managing this scale of activity requires a shared system that can provide objective insight, ensure quality, and track performance over time.

That’s where the GC Insight Performance Platform comes in.

By combining digital diagnostics, benchmarking tools and impact tracking, the platform will enable Go Succeed delivery partners to assess business performance consistently, identify growth opportunities, and measure outcomes across the entire network.

• A Segmentation Tool that profiles businesses by productivity, ambition, and growth potential, providing a fast and engaging entry point into the Go Succeed journey.
• The Business Model Diagnostic, which benchmarks management practices and performance indicators to highlight where investment will have the greatest impact.
• A Risk and Resilience Diagnostic, (LINK) helping firms strengthen their foundations and build the capacity to grow sustainably.

Together, these tools create a consistent framework for delivery, giving every business a clear understanding of where they stand, where they can improve, and how progress can be tracked over time.

Through the partnership, Go Succeed aims to enhance the quality, consistency, and measurability of business support across the region.
