GC Insight was part of a wider team to support a planning application by Dominus for a 700-bed PBSA-led scheme including affordable workspace and a community pub on a brownfield site on Stratford High Street. 

Our Role:​

As part of the project, we prepared:

• A socio-economic benefits statement articulating the quantifiable benefits including employment and GVA, student and visitor spending and wider social and regeneration benefits associated with PBSA developments
• A Health Impact Assessment
• An Equalities Impact Assessment 

Outcome:

Three standalone documents were developed to support the planning application. The planning application has been approved.
