Ekosgen expands its London-based land and property offer

It has been a busy three months since Margaret Collins and Zoe Crampton joined ekosgen to help expand the land and property offer from the London office.

Recent wins include the following:

  • Several case-making statements articulating and quantifying the social and economic value of a range of developments, including a hotel, a Build to Rent (BtR) scheme, a 100% affordable housing scheme and a PBSA scheme
  • An economic impact assessment for a new football stadium in Oxford to support pre-application negotiations
  • An Employment and Skills statement for a film studio development in the North West
  • An assessment of employment land need to help make the case for the expansion of an industrial site in the greenbelt in Hertfordshire
  • Socio-economic ES Chapters and Health Assessments for two high profile schemes in London Borough of Tower Hamlets
  • A Health Impact Assessment (HIA) for a Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme
