People

Our team has an established track-record of working with clients who support people to learn, access work, safeguard well-being and improve their life chances.

We work with organisations to develop strategy and deliver tailored support by offering research and analytical services to help inform the design and delivery of what they do. We have a strong pedigree in plotting demographic change, assessing migration trends, analysing deprivation, exploring labour market data and testing skills demand. We focus our work on early-years, health, the post-16 skills and learning agenda with a core focus on advising how more people can be improve their life chances and be better prepared to hold down good work.

We help our clients to understand the barriers people face when accessing better work and life enhancing opportunities, particularly among poorly served and disadvantaged groups in society, and within priority growth sectors.
