  • Social Enterprise Gold Mark: GC has secured this prestigious accolade based on rigorous external assessment to show our clients that we implement best practice in governance, stakeholder engagement, business ethics, financial transparency and social impact.

  • Cyber Essentials – ekosgen, Winning Moves and GC are all individually accredited by Cyber Essentials. GC has the elevated Cyber Essentials PLUS certification that demonstrates our commitment to protecting personal information and being ready to deal with common security threats including malware infections, social engineering attacks and hacking.

  • Real Living Wage – GC and ekosgen are recognised as Real Living Wage employers which ensures our staff are paid levels are aligned to the cost of living and go beyond the government legal minimum. Winning Moves works to the Real Living Wage principles.

  • Disability Confident: GC has Level 3 Leader accreditation which demonstrates our commitment to recruiting and retaining people living with disability and limiting health conditions.

  • ISO 27001: GC meets the internationally recognised standard for Information Security Management System which is the only auditable standard that deals with the overall management of information security.

  • ISO 14001: GC can demonstrate it meets internationally agreed standards for environmental management and is committed to improving our environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste, gaining a competitive advantage and the trust of stakeholders.
